Please read these rules before booking or paying. They help us keep lesson times clear and fair.

The free 30-minute trial is booked through Google Calendar. Paid 60-minute lessons and changes are arranged on LINE. Check the time zone shown in your booking and use the agreed start time when calculating the 24-hour notice period.
Exactly 24 hours before the start is within the free-change window. “Same day” is not a separate deadline: any request made less than 24 hours before the lesson follows the late-cancellation rule.

At least 24 hours before
Contact me on LINE at least 24 hours before your lesson starts to cancel or request a change without losing a lesson credit. A replacement time is subject to mutual availability.

Less than 24 hours before
A cancellation or change requested less than 24 hours before the start, including a same-day cancellation, counts as one used paid lesson. That lesson is not refunded or replaced for free.
หากยกเลิกหรือขอเปลี่ยนเวลาก่อนเริ่มเรียนไม่ถึง 24 ชั่วโมง รวมถึงการยกเลิกในวันเรียน จะนับว่าใช้สิทธิ์เรียน 1 ครั้ง โดยไม่คืนเงินหรือให้เรียนชดเชยฟรี
Keep the original end time
Missing a paid lesson without notice counts as one used lesson, with no refund. If you arrive late, the lesson still ends at the originally booked time and cannot be extended.
หากไม่มาเรียนโดยไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้า จะนับว่าใช้สิทธิ์เรียน 1 ครั้งและไม่คืนเงิน หากมาสาย บทเรียนจะจบตามเวลาเดิมโดยไม่ต่อเวลา
Please choose before paying
Payments for lessons and packages are non-refundable for a change of mind. A cancellation made at least 24 hours in advance preserves your lesson credit; it is not a request for a cash refund. The tutor-cancellation exception and any rights required by applicable law still apply.

Reschedule or refund
If I cancel your lesson, you can choose a replacement lesson or a refund for the affected lesson. It will not be counted as a used lesson.
หากผมเป็นฝ่ายยกเลิก คุณเลือกเรียนชดเชยหรือรับเงินคืนสำหรับครั้งนั้นได้ โดยไม่นับว่าใช้สิทธิ์เรียน
